I bought a new iPhone 11. I logged in with my current Apple ID and set it up. The majority of my app are on an old Apple ID. When I bought a new iPad my ID was changed apple to an iCloud address. I am locked out. When I try to unlock the old Apple ID. I am asked to enter my phone no. It sends me a message to help me unlock my old Apple ID. I never receive a message. Not sure what to do.
