Questioner General

I was unable to have my scheduled session yesterday. I clicked Reschedule,got message "no session available, check back" I checked back your times and got same messages. Today, when I click reschedule, I get message " you are not scheduled for any session" any suggestions??

I would just keep trying a few more times, or try using some of the other support contact options as well.
