Cant' Sign into iTunes Store

HI , i just bought a new iPhone SE2020.

I'm facing difficulties in signing to the iTunes store or to download Apps.



i always get the response: "this Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store"

Tap review to sign in then review your account information.



Each time i enter my Apple ID and Password to review my account information.

the system says it is not wrong.

However, The same information is used to access my account online via my laptop



Could some one Help me out

Hi arreneke, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that you are receiving a "This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store" message on your device.

And when you enter your account details, you get a message that your account has been accessed by your laptop.



These behaviors are expected. For security reasons, your device may alert you if your account has been accessed on a device.



If your account has been access on a device you are not familiar with, we highly recommend that you use the "contact Apple Support" link in the article below if you believe that your device and account are compromised.



If you think your Apple ID has been compromised Take care!
