display not loading pictures when click on news item

Questioner General

Have new iPad 8th generation. When I click on a news item that has a picture, i.e. Yahoo News, the picture does not load properly. It starts loading and stops after showing about 1/8” in height of the picture. Other times a partial picture will load but will be pixelated. I started up my older iPad and this problem does not occur. Seems like I have to constantly clear the cache on the new iPad to get it to display properly. Anyone run into this problem?

Thank you

Hello Chuckles3207,

We'd like to help get this resolved. We've got your back and understand wanting to see the photos. Let's see what we can do to help with the steps below:

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open these steps can help.

Check that you have the latest software and app version on the iPad.

Does this only happen in one app?

Cheers.

Have the latest software version 14.4 installed (iPad 8th gen). Happens on the Yahoo.com and MSN.com web news sites. I keep having to clear the "Safari" history in the "Settings" menu. After clearing, I get a complete picture. But after about 15 minutes of use, I start getting a partial picture and sometimes a partial picture but it is pixelated. I do not have this problem on my older iPad.
