Downloading songs

Questioner General

Lately when downloading previously purchased and new music some of the tracks don't download. When I click on it says authorize computer, when I sign in with name and password it says computer already authorized. I don't want to have two areas for music. I am using a pc not a mac computer. Thanks

Don't download or don't play?



If the song is marked as not authorised, that suggests that it has been downloaded. Repeated requests to authorise a song suggest that the song's file is faulty or incomplete. Delete the song from your Library and re-download it from the store.
