How do you restrict some members of your family from certain subscriptions?

Example: I don’t want to share my iCloud with them

We see you'd like to restrict certain aspects of Family Sharing.

You can turn off purchase sharing entirely for your account using the steps here: Stop sharing purchases with your family members on iPhone. However, if you're referring to iCloud+, there is not an option to stop sharing to one specific family member. You can turn off iCloud+ sharing for all family members, but not a single one.
