How do I rearrange the TextEdit window header?

I want the Paragraph Styles button at top left to be centered in any new blank document. As it is, I have to constantly expand the document to get it to show. I want the paragraph style button to show by default as I open TextEdit app.

It doesn't appear that Apple made it possible to customize the toolbar in TextEdit.
