I cant pass “language” to set up my account
Unplug it from power for about 2-3 minutes, replug in and then follow the steps in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205358. If you continue to have problems, please give AppleCare a ring.

Swipe the touch surface to navigate to a selection button, if it isn’t already highlighted. Deep-press (to an audible click) the center of the touch surface to confirm a selection.
