I am connected to a Wi-Fi network that’s for sure Safari works so why can’t I make a Wi-Fi phone call.? And why does this website not offer me the device being an iPhone 12? This is just driving me mad.
SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
I'm in Abu Dhabi. My cell phone provider is AT&T. I may as well ask a dog not to bark as to try and contact AT&T. Their customer service is atrocious. That's no help. Thought Apple Community might help. I think it has to do with Abu Dhabi wifi. Several problems - mail, etc. Maddening that I am obviously connected to wifi yet getting stupid message from phone app to connect to wifi. I don't think it's an AT&T problem and if it is I'm f'd.
