I just bought a MacBook Air and I'm trying to download several windows programs and it telling me I need to upgrade to Macos 10.14 I need help doing that
Then you need to explain exactly what you're trying to do and what's happening.
Again. you can NOT run Windows applications on macOS.
You would have to install Windows using bootcamp or virtualization or use a package like Crossover Mac to allow you to install and run windows apps.
Did you install Windows using virtualization or Boot Camp?
You can't run Windows programs on macOS.
