I use Logitech combo touch with trackpad. Some keys malfunction

Questioner General

upon Connecting my combo touch to my iPad 7th, it worked fine, but after updating its software some keys became moving cursor instead of corresponding letters. (Keys are 7, 8, 9, u, I, o, j, k, l, and m) Please help me solve this issue.

iPad is upto date

Disable Assistive Touch - or explicitly disable Mouse Keys:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch - set to OFF

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
