My iCloud Data file zip file is corrupted. I downloaded it twice. Same result. How do I contact Apple to correct this?

It sounds like the data associated with your Apple ID account is corrupt and we'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction for this.
To verify, when you downloaded it twice, did you first delete the file that was corrupt to make sure it wasn't getting opened again? If not, delete the file and try downloading again. You also may want to try downloading over a different network and see if that helps as well.
