My iphone 6s is disabled due to multiple password entries.

my screen says IPHONE DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES.

Does anybody have an idea how to go about it

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
