Hello, my Mac is not recognizing my iphone. My iPhone is charging when connected but can’t find it on the finder or anywhere else. I have tried changing USB port, restarting computer and phone, resetting location and privacy, turning on and off the finder recognition for cd disks, dvd and iPod. Nothing has worked and I don’t know what to do.

Hi there Fermolina12,

We sync music to our own iPhone using Finder, and we'd like to help get your own detected in your Mac.

You mentioned trying some steps, but have you already tried all of the steps in the link above your post? Here's the link again just in case: If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

From the steps listed, if you've already tried them all, the next step would be to contact Apple: Get Support

Take care!
