My iPhone XR has not been functioning properly for some time now. Whenever I transition form Wi-Fi to data or vice versa, I have to go in and out of airplane mode to be able to get anything to work, and even then, not all apps function properly or at all. Apps, don't load or take forever to do so, I can't use the internet or it takes forever to do anything. This is frustrating and I can't seem to find an answer, unless it's a hardware problem, and if that's the case, where do I go to get it looked at during lockdown? I'm on the Bell network, and they've said it is definitely not a Bell issue!

One thing we could try to alleviate these networking issues would be to reset the network settings on your iPhone.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
After your iPhone is through restarting, test for this issue again and let us know what happens.
