As for my problem, I recently bought the new iPhone 12 Pro but it’s impossible to activate both FaceTime and iMessages. I tried everything that the internet suggested starting from turning it off&on, restarting my device, checking Date and Time, checking for updates but nothing seems to work!
My carrier is “Vala” and I also tried contacting them too, unfortunatly they couldn’t help also, the store where I got my iPhone gave me the same answer!
All in all, I came here for your help...

Is sounds like you've completed a lot of troubleshooting steps already. Check out this resource to make sure these are the ones you've tried: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime.
If you continue to have issues after that, Contact Apple Support would be the best next step for you.

The resource you sent, was one of the first one that I followed - unfortunatly, it did not give a solution!
Contact support is not available in my country...

Since you're unable to connect to Contact Apple Support, it may be helpful to Contact Apple for support and service by calling a nearby country's phone number.
