My devices shows 2 devices with the same name (my PC). But when I run my iTunes on my PC, it says that machine is not authorized. How can I fix this?

And when I try to authorize iTunes, it says I'm already authorized on 5 systems although the device listing on apple.com only shows 4 devices.
