Last year, I brought this App - Moshi ( The sleep and mindfulness App). I was on a trial period and they charged me full money. I did not want the subscription and there was no way I could cancel it and they charged me the full amount. I reached out to their support team but they said they could not refund and contact apple support. I could not find any option app for a refund. It's been a year since it was subscribed and I have never used it. I have lost confidence in the apple support and I want somebody to look into it.
