My Apple iPad Air no longer works outside my home for using the internet eg..if I am in a car.
How do I get a replacement sim with this pandemic.
If you are using Cellular services, you must know who you have chosen as your Cellular Operator/Provider. Cellular services are not free - but must be paid for.
If you don’t remember who you are paying for your Cellular Airtime contract, perhaps check your bank or credit card statements. You may also be able to identify your Cellular provider from iPad Settings:
Settings > Mobile Data
Settings > General > About > Network Provider
You’ll need to contact your Cellular Provider for a replacement DataSIM - or perhaps, check that you have been paying your Cellular bill.
How would I find out my cellular provider. Does Apple not provide the sim. Thanks.
