I’d rather switch them off as it doesn’t reflect the true readings of my day. My standing trend says 10mins per hour As a chef working between 10 to 12 hrs at a time unless I’ve got a stool with wheels which isn’t feasible in a working kitchen I’m not sure what the watch is measuring I can’t wave my hands around to indicate I’m mobile as it’s unsafe whilst using sharp knives. I’ve got a few questions as to how challenges are set. Is your age taken into consideration or is it just from past achievements. I don’t want these challenges to become unattainable as that would be demoralising and would definitely demotivate me. I’m sure that’s not the aim of the watch although I do think age and the fact we’ve gone back to work full time therefore we haven’t got as much time to dedicate just to exercise etc. Sorry for such a long drawn out query.
