the mobile connection has been disconnected, and even with the Wi-Fi the software is not updated
how do i use my phone ????

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with updating your iPhone.



The most current update is actually 14.7.1. Try following these steps: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update. You may only need to remove the update and redownload it.



We'd also advise exiting Low Power Mode for the update.
