Unable to configure iwatch series 7 mobile data plan even though had subscribes to a maxis plan

Recently bought an iwatch series 7 , after purchased eSim , its unable to configured mobile data plan.

Done pairing & unpair , shut down , still unable to activates my mobile data plan.

Had checked with my cellular maxis its already activated my mobile plan.

Please someone help me.

You set it up in the watch app - the plan for your watch gets added as an extra plan with the same carrier you use for iPhone
