After this update I can’t fill my apple account anymore.

Can you explain further what you are trying to do after the iOS update? Do you mean you can't sign into Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud?
Is the device in Activation Lock: Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch?
Have you checked your password elsewhere like at appleid.apple.com?
