It seems that my trade-in iPhone 7 is lost in Middletown, Pa. It is almost expected to see this simple, straightforward shipment become part of the statistics of APPLE INC. scams and PATHETIC customer service, as there are NO PATHWAYS for resolution from APPLE OR FEDEX.
FEDEX, for their part, seem TOTALLY OK with the below TRACKING INFO results which clearly state
"No scheduled delivery date available at this time."
Now, hold on a minute....so on Tuesday (today is Friday 2/12/21 4am) I checked to see the tracking info--
" DELIVERY BY END OF DAY" for Tuesday--- checked on Thursday and still says " DELIVERY BY END OF DAY
Now it simply says "No scheduled delivery date available at this time."
It is not that big of a deal, right? they were only going to credit me $100. One Hundred Dollars is the reason I purchased iPhone to begin with, that there exists a reasonable trade-in program which accepts
gently used iPhones in BRAND NEW CONDITION. My iPhone 7 was in PERFECT WORKING ORDER ready for use by ANY ONE who has the phone in their hand.
TOO EASY. TOO EASY for that phone to simply fall off the back of a truck in MIDDELTOWN, PA.
according to other MAC USERS on this forum, there is not much anyone can or will do. PLEASE if anyone has a contact information for APPLE TRADE-IN support I would so appreciate it!
FedEx answered you and Apple will not.
