I've been asking about why Catalina won't ever go to sleep and drain my battery if not AC connected, but it seems that the moderator doesn't like questions that he cannot answer.

The hosts can delete posts for any reason. They do so primarily for the posts not being compliant with the TOU.

Duplicate posts are removed as are posts that contain inappropriate comments, etc. The bottom line is posts can be deleted for any reason.

For battery management issue—Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

macOS Catalina 10.15.5 introduces battery health management, a feature designed to improve the lifespan of your Mac notebook's battery.

The Battery Health button appears in >SystemPreferences>Energy Saver/“Battery” in the newer macOS —this feature is limited to Mac laptops with Thunderbolt 3 ports. That equates to all MacBook Pro models released since late 2016 and the Retina-capable MacBook Air models released since 2018.

With the release of macOS 11.0.1 Big Sur see >System Preferences>Battery

Thank you for your reply, resetting my SMC was the first thing I tried , I've exhausted every option and still no results, battery still drains while the lid is down. But I'll be looking for answers elsewhere from now on. I've screenshots of every post , I've never been posted any inappropriate comments. But I get the picture now.
